It was the best experience and high quality service all the stuff was helpful and specially Shadi he is cheerful guy makes you feel like family member which is the main hospitality industry purpose.

It was great experience of staying in such a nice room and Bldg full of amenities, Shady is very helpful I’m thankful to him and his professional attitude all the time.

Amazing apartments with smart home system and great service, Shadi the manager there helped from the moment the booking was made. Called and arranged for the arrival time, everything we needed prior to the arrival was done, and the concierge was helping us with taxis and all. Ask for Shadi when you book. I’m definitely going there again.

The apartment was very new in very attractive location not far from dubai down town. Very well furnished and spectacular view with proper parking place. Thanks to shadi for his respond during our stay there despite that we check in mid night but everything was set. We even extended one extra night because we loved the place.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Shadi’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and it was easy to access all the sites we wanted to go to. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Firstly, the service we received was lovely, we were escorted by the manager Shadi who was very friendly.

The place itself is beautiful and so organized I felt looked after. I’d definitely go back especially because of how affordable it is considering all it has to offer.

The Stay by Latinem has the most professional and friendly staff I have come across. The rooms are well kept, the hallways are clean and I personally like the smell of room freshener they put in the room, reception and other common areas. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at The Stay and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
